The minimum and maximum stake for each bet varies by sport, league and market. The exact limits are shown in the stake input at the moment you place a bet. Lucky7Even reserves the right to refuse entirely or in part any bet at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.
Bets are accepted online only. Bets placed via email, telephone, fax or other non online channels are void. A bet is considered accepted when it has been registered on the server and an online confirmation has been issued. Bets are conditional upon the customer holding sufficient funds to cover the stake. If funds are insufficient, the bet may be rejected or cancelled. Lucky7Even may cancel a bet after acceptance in cases of obvious input or odds errors or other discrepancies.
All bets are settled on decimal odds, irrespective of the odds format displayed in the customer account. Lucky7Even may correct obvious pricing errors and apply revised odds for final settlement on pre live bets. Bets may be voided or re settled if the outcome cannot be verified or if the event occurs in a manner not anticipated by the published rules.
Live bets are available on main and additional outcomes during events. A live bet is deemed accepted when registered on the server and an online confirmation is issued. Live odds are fixed at the moment of confirmation and will not be edited except to correct genuine errors. If an event is interrupted and not resumed within a defined period, unsettled live bets may be void or settled at odds of 1, unless the result has already been determined.
Unless sport specific rules state otherwise, if an event is postponed or rescheduled for more than 48 hours from its original start time, all bets on that event shall be void. If an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours, all undecided bets are void. Open bets on events that are completed within the applicable time windows shall be settled on the final result at official scores.
Where the outcome of a market cannot be verified through official sources, Lucky7Even reserves the right to delay settlement or void the market. If the official result differs from other published data, settlement shall be based on the official results from the sporting competition or governing body. Information displayed in line or live data is indicative and should not be solely relied upon for settlement.
Dead heat rules apply for outright markets when two or more competitors share a position. Settlements are adjusted by applying a dead heat factor proportional to the tied positions. If two winners are declared in a two way market, the stake is divided by two for settlement. Where more competitors are declared winners, bets on that selection may be settled with a unit coefficient as described by the applicable rules.
Live bets may be accepted during the match, and the accepted stake is not subject to alteration after confirmation. Lucky7Even is not liable for inaccuracies in real time results provided by data sources. Bets placed on events after the official start may be deemed void unless the bet is a live bet under the live betting rules.
Lucky7Even may void bets, suspend payouts, or cancel accounts where there is evidence of event manipulation, collusion, or other integrity concerns. Bets are settled after confirmation of final results. If an account has insufficient funds due to a cancellation by a payment provider, Lucky7Even may retroactively cancel bets placed from that account.
Lucky7Even operates under applicable know your customer and anti money laundering policies. Customers may be required to provide documentation to verify identity and source of funds. Players are encouraged to set betting limits and to seek help if gambling becomes problematic. Any such measures are implemented in accordance with applicable regulations.
Claims regarding results must be submitted within a reasonable period after the event, in line with the general terms and conditions. Lucky7Even will investigate disputes in a timely manner and provide a final decision based on official competition data or authoritative sources. Customer support is available for escalation and resolution of issues related to bets, settlements, and account status.
